Who are we?
For North Shore’s founder, Mike Nelson, the sea was a source of inspiration from a very early age.
When he founded the company in 1982, the aim was to combine this knowledge and experience on the water, with the quality and attention to detail of the best local craftsmen, to make kayaks capable of handling even the most demanding conditions.
This approach continues to this day, ensuring you can enjoy the very best performance wherever your adventures might take you.
